Reception staff could be more helpful on calls

The clinical staff member appears to be very competent. However, there have been some recent concerns with one of the reception team members, who does not always seem particularly accommodating and occasionally appears to be laughing during phone conversations. It is unclear whether there has been a misunderstanding or if there are other factors at play. When calling about test results a couple of weeks ago, this same team member arranged a telephone consultation with the clinical staff member. Typically these are scheduled for the same day, but on this occasion the appointment was arranged without a specific date, with only a mention that the call would come through on Friday. When Friday passed without contact, a follow-up call revealed the appointment had actually been scheduled for the following week. These appear to be administrative oversights that raised some questions at the time. The matter has since been resolved.
