Reception staff could be more welcoming

I am pleased I transferred from this medical practice as I found the experience unsatisfactory. In particular, I felt that one member of the reception team displayed unhelpful behaviour and seemed to overstep their role. While most of the clinical staff were adequate, I had a negative experience with one practitioner who I felt lacked engagement with patients. I believe the practice would benefit from improved staff training in customer service and a more patient-focused approach from all team members.
