Reception staff could improve their courtesy

A few members of the reception team could benefit from developing their interpersonal skills. While I understand they encounter a wide variety of callers and circumstances, it would be helpful if they avoided making assumptions about everyone who rings in. Calling the practice and attempting to be polite, only to be greeted with what felt like dismissive, condescending and curt responses, made for an unpleasant experience. It seemed as though assisting callers was not a priority.
