Reception staff could improve their manner

The clinical staff are excellent, however the reception team can come across as dismissive, patronising and lacking in enthusiasm. Being directed to search for information independently rather than receiving assistance isn't the standard of service you'd anticipate from a medical practice, and the appointment delays are frustrating, with waits of around 45 minutes beyond the scheduled time occurring regularly. Overall, this has been disappointing.
