Reception staff could improve their manners

The reception staff could benefit from improved communication skills and courtesy. The practice itself appears disorganised in places. However, the clinical team deserves recognition for providing good quality care. It would be helpful if the administrative staff received training in professional conduct and customer service to better support the overall patient experience.
