Reception staff could show more compassion during difficult times

The practice would benefit from having additional reception staff who demonstrate greater compassion and empathy. While many team members are pleasant, I found my recent interaction with one member of staff to be particularly unhelpful and lacking in understanding. When dealing with serious health matters, a more supportive approach would be appreciated. I was advised by my GP to arrange an in-person appointment due to my current health situation. Given my existing commitments, waiting for a callback would be impractical. With services operating normally, alternative arrangements could be made. After being a patient for many years, I feel let down by the standard of care and support I have received.
