Reception staff created barriers to accessing care

I have consistently found my experiences with this practice to be unsatisfactory. In my professional capacity, I have observed what appears to be a lack of consideration towards patients with disabilities. I have rarely encountered healthcare staff who seemed so unwilling to accommodate individual needs. I am aware of an incident involving a patient who was denied access to toilet facilities, which resulted in a distressing situation. Additionally, I have witnessed significant obstacles being placed in the way of another patient attempting to access GP services. It feels as though unnecessary hurdles have been created that make it difficult for people to receive care. This appears to reflect broader challenges within the NHS at present. Based on my experiences, I would recommend considering alternative providers, particularly if you have disabilities, as I have found other practices to be more responsive to patient needs.
