Reception staff cut off call mid-conversation

Disappointing experience with the service. There appears to be a change in the reception team, and when a family member called following advice from another healthcare provider, the staff member placed the call on hold and disconnected mid-conversation. This was particularly upsetting as the family member was seeking support and assistance during a difficult time.
