Reception staff didn't listen or understand clearly

I had a disappointing experience with the reception staff member. I felt there were difficulties with communication during my interaction, and I was uncomfortable with how the situation was handled. Rather than resolving the matter directly, other staff members were called over, which made me feel embarrassed. Other patients and staff members present seemed to understand me without issue, which made the experience feel more frustrating. I was left with the impression that I was being treated differently based on appearance. This is the second time I have had a similar experience at this practice, which is why I felt compelled to share my feedback. I believe the reception team would benefit from improved customer service skills.
