Reception staff didn't listen to my concerns

I attended to register at the practice and encountered difficulty during the interaction with the reception staff. When I politely asked for clarification, the staff member responded by speaking more loudly, which I found rather off-putting and somewhat disconcerting. The manner of communication made me feel uncomfortable at the time. It would be beneficial if the team could demonstrate greater awareness of diversity and employ a more considerate approach when communicating with patients.
