Reception staff dismissive about repeated online forms

The reception staff came across as dismissive and unhelpful. It appears they may not fully appreciate that most callers are seeking genuine assistance or guidance. Being directed repeatedly to complete online forms, only to be told afterwards to contact the surgery directly, feels like an inefficient and frustrating process that goes in circles. This practice is problematic and would be best avoided if possible.
