Reception staff dismissive and argumentative about procedures

I share the same concerns raised in the previous review. The reception team appeared to lack the necessary skills and demonstrated an unhelpful attitude, seemingly unaware that they are there to provide customer service. After making repeated efforts to arrange a consultation with a clinician regarding my prescriptions, I was redirected to the pharmacy department. My scheduled appointment was cancelled by practice staff to facilitate this process, which resulted in me running out of medication that should not have been interrupted. When I questioned this, a member of reception staff disputed my account and claimed to be unfamiliar with the practice's procedures. Additionally, when I requested continuity of care with the same clinician, the system allocated different practitioners and appointment times regardless of what had been previously arranged. The overall experience was disappointing.
