Reception staff dismissive during appointment booking

I completely agree with the earlier feedback. During my appointment, I experienced a dismissive attitude and felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. The clinician suggested that if I was unhappy, I should consider registering elsewhere, which I found discouraging. Overall, I felt that my needs as a patient were not prioritised. I am planning to raise my concerns formally with the practice management team.
