The reception team demonstrated poor communication skills when handling routine inquiries and appeared dismissive, particularly toward patients for whom English is not their primary language. Obtaining an appointment proved challenging, typically requiring a wait of approximately two weeks unless one persistently contacts the clinic at opening time each morning in hopes of securing a cancellation.
