I would rate this experience far lower if possible. I am the primary carer for my elderly relative who is registered at this practice, and my overall impression is that the level of care and attention is inadequate. The administrative staff handling telephone enquiries appear to operate from a remote location and have consistently failed to relay messages to appropriate teams, provided inaccurate guidance, shared incorrect contact details, and disconnected calls without explanation. These issues have occurred multiple times within just the past few days, and there have been additional concerns in previous interactions. I intend to escalate my concerns through the appropriate regulatory channels and pursue further action if required.
