Reception staff ignored us at the desk

The conduct displayed by staff members was quite disappointing. Upon arriving for an appointment, the reception area appeared unmanned. A bell for requesting assistance had been obscured behind a display unit. Whilst waiting, audible conversation and laughter could be heard from within the offices. A staff member passed through the area between rooms without acknowledging those present. After some time, another patient drew attention to the bell location; by then, a queue of four people had formed due to the self-check-in system being out of service. When a member of staff eventually emerged, the interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming, with a tone suggesting our presence was an inconvenience.
