Reception staff interrupt and don't listen properly

The team members lack warmth and come across as dismissive. The front desk staff do not seem to listen attentively and frequently interrupt conversations, preventing people from expressing themselves fully. I have found recent interactions with front desk staff to be quite distressing, as they appear unwelcoming and difficult to engage with. Although the front desk approach can feel unfriendly, there is considerable pressure on patients to maintain politeness, as responding in kind risks removal from the patient list. I have also observed front desk staff speaking in a curt manner to those who appear vulnerable, which I find concerning. This experience falls well below satisfactory. It has been genuinely disappointing.
