Reception staff interrupted and repeated recording warnings

The reception team would benefit from improved communication practices, as there is a tendency to interrupt callers and adopt an unnecessarily defensive tone, including frequent references to call recording policies. I am rating this as 2 stars because calls are answered in a timely manner, and the recording of calls does provide some reassurance regarding accountability during interactions.
