My overall experience with the care I have received has been very positive. While there can be delays in initially reaching the practice, which is understandably frustrating, the front desk team have consistently shown kindness and patience. The callback system has functioned effectively, with clinical staff responding promptly and addressing my concerns with appropriate sensitivity before any treatment decisions are made. Medications can be collected from a pharmacy of my choice. The pharmacy staff at the practice have also been supportive and informative. Given the considerable demands placed on healthcare services, I want to emphasise how compassionate and professional the team members have been in their approach to my care. I am managing a serious long-term condition and also receive support from specialist palliative care and community-based nursing services, all of whom have made genuine efforts to help me manage my symptoms while treating me with dignity and respect. Although the initial process of contacting the practice can sometimes feel challenging, particularly during busy periods, the option to request a callback rather than waiting on the line is genuinely valuable and convenient. I am grateful to all the staff involved in my care.
