Reception staff lack training and professionalism

The reception team appeared to lack awareness of data protection procedures and their approach felt unwelcoming. There seemed to be gaps in their training, and when I encountered a junior member of staff, they did not communicate that they were uncertain about my query or seek guidance from colleagues. A letter from a private healthcare provider took considerably longer than expected to be processed. Only after I indicated I would lodge a formal complaint was the matter resolved promptly. During visits, the clinical team typically consists of a single practitioner, often a locum who is unfamiliar with my medical history. The reception and clinical teams appear to be operating with insufficient staffing levels and training resources.
