Reception staff made booking appointments difficult

This practice has been a significant disappointment. The reception team came across as unwelcoming and seemed to emphasise lengthy waiting times for appointments, with only emergency cases being prioritised differently. Once an appointment was eventually secured, communication with the clinical staff proved challenging due to language barriers, making it difficult to explain health concerns effectively. After a decade as a patient here, I feel compelled to seek care elsewhere. I'm grateful to have private medical insurance as an alternative option.
