Reception staff made booking difficult and dismissive

The reception team presents significant challenges, and the practice overall appears to lack a patient-centred approach. While most staff members conduct themselves professionally, a few individuals fall short of expectations, making this practice feel substandard compared to others I have experienced. I would recommend avoiding attendance whenever possible. The nursing staff have been consistently pleasant and helpful during my interactions with them. On one occasion, when I sought clarification about guidance my child had received, a member of reception suggested that a clinician was unfamiliar with the relevant procedure. Rather than facilitating a conversation with the clinician, I was directed to pursue the matter independently. This interaction was particularly frustrating.
