Reception staff made booking difficult and unhelpful

The clinical staff are satisfactory, however the front desk team fell short of expectations. I found their manner to be unwelcoming, their approach appeared disengaged, and their competence seemed questionable. Phone calls often went unanswered, and when they did respond, the interactions lacked professionalism and clarity. The administrative systems appeared outdated and poorly organised. The practice's overall standing appears to be significantly affected by the front desk experience, and meaningful improvement seems unlikely without substantial changes to this area.
