Reception staff made navigation difficult

Extremely disappointing experience overall. The lengthy initial process combined with inadequate communication and unhelpful demeanor from the front desk team made accessing care quite challenging. The service structure feels unnecessarily complicated to navigate. Obtaining an appointment or receiving a callback regarding care options takes considerable time, and there appear to be gaps between what staff indicate has been sent and what actually reaches patients, with limited willingness to investigate these discrepancies. Very unsatisfactory.
