Reception staff made us feel unwelcome

The clinician attempted to contact us on multiple occasions, but we were unavailable each time as the matter required a private conversation. We visited the practice in person since we had recently registered and needed clarification on how things worked. The receptionist's manner was defensive and unhelpful, seeming anticipatory of conflict and showing reluctance to assist us. We felt dissatisfied with our experience and decided to register elsewhere. When we contacted the practice management to raise our concerns, they indicated they were aware of the interaction and disagreed with our perception of the receptionist's conduct.
