Reception staff refused to book appointment

This was an extremely disappointing experience. The receptionist was unhelpful and failed to record my information, refusing to schedule an appointment and instead suggesting I attend a hospital if the matter was urgent. Despite maintaining comprehensive health insurance coverage, I felt let down by the service received and frustrated at the difficulty in accessing basic diagnostic services through this practice.
