Reception staff seemed dismissive about appointment availability

I have found this medical centre to be disappointing throughout my experience. The clinical staff appear inattentive during consultations and seem distracted by their devices. The reception team ask what I consider to be excessive personal questions during check-in, and there appears to be a lack of urgency in scheduling appointments, with waits extending several weeks. Despite living very close to the practice, I was referred to a facility significantly further away for assessment of a significant injury. When I made the journey for an appointment, I discovered the booking had not been arranged correctly. I felt frustrated by the overall standard of care and coordination provided by the NHS service.
