Reception staff sent unclear appointment time instructions

One clinician at the practice has been excellent. However, I had a very different experience with another clinician. I work as a carer and was struggling with my mental health, which led to me taking time off work. When I needed a medical certificate, I felt the clinician's response was dismissive. I had a follow-up appointment today regarding a significant foot swelling issue. I explained my difficulty with attending in person due to mobility concerns, but felt my situation was not properly considered. The communication felt rushed and I did not feel heard during the consultation.
