Reception staff struggled with basic patient details

The clinical staff member was pleasant, though the practice appeared to be under strain. One member of the reception team seemed unfamiliar with their role. I was asked to provide my identification details repeatedly throughout my visit. Despite confirming these details, they appeared to be recorded inaccurately in the system. There were difficulties observed with the use of the computer system by staff. I was also addressed by an incorrect name on more than one occasion, despite having stated my name several times.
