I have been a patient at this surgery for a considerable time and have experienced significant disappointment with the standard of care provided. The team members have often been unhelpful and have made repeated errors with prescription management. I have found interactions to lack compassion, particularly when discussing health concerns with reception staff, who can seem dismissive and overly authoritative. It appears they sometimes overreach their role as appointment coordinators and offer commentary beyond their remit. In my view, the practice falls short of acceptable standards and would benefit from substantial improvements.
