The reception staff at this surgery come across as quite abrupt and dismissive, often seeming keen to end calls rather quickly. When speaking with them, there's a sense of being made to feel undervalued, which is unfortunate given that the clinical staff members are genuinely excellent and provide a high standard of care. It's a shame that the front-of-house experience doesn't match the quality of the medical professionals working there, as the receptionists appear to be a weak point for the practice overall.
