Reception staff were dismissive and unhelpful

This practice has provided the poorest customer service experience I've had across several healthcare providers. Managing health concerns is already challenging, and this was made more difficult by what I perceived as a lack of courtesy and effective communication from the front desk team. It seems questionable whether adequate training in professional patient interaction has been provided to staff in this role.
