Reception staff were dismissive and unhelpful

I have found the level of service at this practice to be quite disappointing. There appear to be significant difficulties with phone accessibility, and I felt that patient concerns were not being adequately addressed. It seemed as though assistance was provided selectively, with some patients appearing to receive priority over others. The reception staff interactions left me feeling unwelcome, and I noticed a disconnect between the apparent satisfaction reflected in their communications and the actual experience patients receive. I would not attribute these issues to the clinical staff. I hope improvements can be made soon.
