Reception staff were dismissive and unhelpful throughout

The reception team members displayed behaviour that I found quite unpleasant throughout my interactions with them. When I raised concerns about this, it appeared that management did not take these matters seriously, as there seemed to be no meaningful changes in how I was treated. The reception staff also appeared to disconnect calls abruptly, sometimes after I had been waiting in a queue for a considerable time. The clinical staff came across as unengaged, and I found it necessary to make repeated attempts to secure appointments before receiving any meaningful assistance. It felt as though various reasons were offered to conclude consultations quickly rather than address my concerns thoroughly. Having registered with several different practices in different locations, I found this particular experience to be significantly less satisfactory than others I have encountered. Based on my experience, I would suggest that those seeking attentive care and respectful treatment may wish to consider alternative options.
