Reception staff were dismissive when booking appointment

The service experience was disappointing overall. The front desk team seemed disengaged and their manner felt unwelcoming. When I called to arrange an appointment, there was an unhelpful response regarding a name query, which came across as dismissive. The reception staff frequently ask intrusive questions about the reason for visits, which feels unnecessary. The professionalism was lacking, with staff appearing to chat and laugh in ways that were audible to patients. During my consultation, I felt the approach focused on medication rather than exploring underlying causes for my concerns. The clinical care did not meet my expectations compared to other providers in the area.
