Reception staff wouldn't let me finish speaking

I had a very negative experience with a member of the reception team. During our interaction, I felt the staff member was dismissive and unhelpful, and I was unable to finish expressing my concerns. When I requested to speak with a practice manager, this request was declined. As someone who works in a healthcare setting myself, I found the manner of communication to be unprofessional and lacking in basic courtesy. I believe this interaction fell short of the standard of respect and professionalism that should be expected in a medical practice, as these qualities are important for patient confidence and safety. In my view, the reception team would benefit from additional training in professional communication and patient interaction. This experience has been disappointing and has affected my overall impression of the practice.
