Reception staff wouldn't listen to my concerns

The reception team displayed a dismissive attitude when I called early in the morning to request an appointment. Rather than listening to my concerns, I was given limited options and told that seeing a nurse was the only available choice, with no flexibility offered otherwise. As someone managing a chronic health condition, I found it frustrating that the practice appeared unable to accommodate my appointment needs. The staff member seemed unwilling to engage with what I was trying to explain, which I felt was unacceptable.
