The reception team are all excellent. They are welcoming and always willing to go the extra mile. I hope they recognise how valued they are. Reception staff often receive criticism, and sometimes it is warranted, however the team at this practice are genuinely keen to assist, listen and ensure patients feel satisfied with their experience. They deserve praise.
