Reception team showed little understanding of my needs

As someone managing complex mental health conditions, I found the experience at this surgery to be disappointing and felt the service fell short of professional standards. Due to difficulties I experience with telephone communication and leaving my home, I was told to seek care elsewhere rather than being offered alternative arrangements, which I believe contradicts NHS accessibility guidelines. The surgery did not appear concerned about this. I waited five weeks for responses to multiple health concerns, and felt these issues were not taken seriously. The administrative team's handling of my situation was particularly frustrating, and I would rate this aspect of the service very poorly if I could.
