Reception team was dismissive and unhelpful

I found the reception experience to be disappointing and frustrating. The staff came across as dismissive and unwilling to assist. I noticed a recorded message mentioned that the team deals with difficult interactions from patients, though this didn't improve my own experience. I've been unable to secure an appointment with a clinician, as the reception process has proven to be a barrier. The earliest available slot offered was a telephone consultation several weeks away. The overall handling of my visit left me feeling let down. When I inquired about how to lodge feedback, I was informed that complaints must be submitted by post rather than through email, which added to my dissatisfaction.
