Reception unable to resolve basic booking problems

I would strongly encourage you to seek care elsewhere if at all possible. The reception staff appeared unable to resolve straightforward issues efficiently. Due to difficulties obtaining an appointment, my condition deteriorated significantly over a six-month period, eventually becoming severe enough to prevent me from working. When I finally received an appointment, I was diagnosed with a serious respiratory condition with a large tumour that was progressing rapidly and had affected both lungs. The prognosis indicated a limited timeframe for survival. I cannot help but wonder whether an earlier appointment might have altered the course of my illness. During my initial consultation, I was advised that my condition could be managed through exercise alone. Additionally, I had to pursue a second opinion before imaging investigations were arranged. When I submitted a formal complaint regarding my experience, the response I received felt dismissive. I am still awaiting written confirmation of the outcome.
