Have never experienced issues with this practice. Those leaving negative feedback likely became frustrated with wait times and decided to post online rather than persist. The reception team prioritises call urgency rather than detailed medical discussions, which is understandable given their role. Society seems to contain many self-centred individuals who expect everything to revolve around them. Whatever happened to basic kindness and consideration for others? Well done to the practice for maintaining standards despite losing patients who may not have been the right fit. Hopefully things continue positively moving forward.
