Receptionist Attitude Ruined My Doctor's Visit

I've been a patient here for quite a while, and previously, their service was top-notch with easy scheduling. Recently, however, some receptionists have developed an attitude problem, acting overly authoritative and creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. While I understand we're in the midst of a pandemic, the overall quality of care has significantly deteriorated. It seems like they might have expanded their patient load beyond their capacity to maintain good service.
