Receptionist blocked access to medication concerns

I am concerned about my medication being discontinued without adequate explanation. I have attempted to address this issue at the health centre on two occasions, but have been unable to progress beyond the reception desk. I have been without my regular medication since last week and currently only have my emergency spray available. Could you please advise on what steps I can take to resolve this matter? Thank you.
