Receptionist blocked access with scripted responses

I would rate this experience much lower if possible. This visit was deeply disappointing and left me feeling frustrated and upset. The reception staff member was unhelpful and took on a gatekeeping role without showing any understanding of my situation - they appeared to be following a set procedure rigidly without any flexibility or ability to adapt to what I was telling them. It is regrettable that the service seems to have lost sight of putting patients first. I am very dissatisfied overall and am considering registering with a different practice.
