Receptionist blocks access to appointments

I have been experiencing a persistent respiratory issue for several weeks now. Whenever I attempt to book an appointment, I am repeatedly told to call at a specific time in the morning, only to be informed that no slots are available. Despite explaining that I am having difficulty breathing and require medical attention, I continue to receive the same response about unavailable appointments. I was directed to attend an alternative clinic, where after being assessed, I was instructed to return to my regular practice to schedule an appointment. I find it extremely frustrating that I cannot progress beyond the initial booking stage. The entire process feels ineffective and unhelpful.
