I have been registered with this surgery for three months and have been attempting to secure an appointment to address my medication management and ongoing health concerns. However, I have encountered significant difficulties navigating the process. I receive conflicting information regarding who is responsible for managing my repeat prescriptions, with some staff suggesting I need to see a clinician while others indicate that administrative staff handle this function. I am uncertain whether medical professionals are actively available at this practice, as my experience has been frustrating and unhelpful. Obtaining my repeat medication has proven to be a challenging process, with repeated explanations that as a newer patient, I cannot receive further supplies without a clinical appointment. After three months without meaningful support, I have decided to seek care elsewhere. This has been among my most disappointing healthcare experiences.
