Receptionist didn't help with my prescription request

I attended the practice yesterday morning to request a repeat prescription. During my interaction with a receptionist at the front desk, I felt that I was not treated with the care and respect I would have expected. As someone with significant communication needs, I found that the support I received was inadequate. I believe that receptionists have an important responsibility to assist all patients with patience and consideration, and in this instance, I did not feel this standard was met.
