Receptionist dismissed my concerns without listening properly

After submitting a digital health request regarding shoulder discomfort, I was directed to attend the emergency department. Concerned about the strain on NHS services, I attempted to discuss my situation with the reception team, but was met with a rather dismissive response and told to submit another request with different answers to the questions. This approach felt unprofessional. I proceeded with a second request and was subsequently offered a telephone consultation scheduled three weeks ahead. I find this timeframe frustrating given that I'm experiencing pain from a bone-related issue. While not an acute emergency, three weeks is a considerable wait to manage ongoing discomfort before receiving clinical assessment. This matter requires hands-on evaluation rather than further discussion. Having been registered with this practice since its inception, I've noticed a significant decline in the quality of care provided. I would recommend that prospective patients consider alternative healthcare providers.
