Receptionist errors made booking nearly impossible

The experience was deeply disappointing. The reception staff appeared to make frequent mistakes and seemed unfamiliar with the practice's operating hours. Reaching the practice by telephone proved extremely difficult, and when contact was eventually made, callers were directed to ring at a very early time, which many would find impractical. Obtaining medical records also presented challenges, with costs involved and repeated assurances about delivery that tested patience. Overall, the service fell significantly short of expectations and would benefit from substantial improvements.
